Over 35 years ago, we started in network marketing with no upline support, no real training, and no idea what we were doing. A card on a windshield led us to a meeting, and we jumped in without a roadmap. We made every mistake in the book, lost six-figure incomes overnight more than once, and had to rebuild from scratch when companies changed on us without warning.

We figured it out anyway. We built teams of 5000 or more, reached the highest ranks across multiple companies, and hit $50,000 months at our peak. Along the way we became recognized leaders within the John Maxwell organization, learning directly from one of the most respected leadership voices in the world and applying those principles to how we build teams today.

What we are proud of is what came next. We built Impactful Living because we know what it feels like to be working hard, believing in what you do, and still feeling like something is missing. This is the community we wish we had when we were starting out, and we built it to give you the leadership, the system, and the support that actually moves the needle, without the years of trial and error it took us to get there.
